About the Role

We are looking for a Paid Media Marketing Interns to join our team in Gurgaon. You’ll work on real advertising campaigns and get hands-on experience across paid acquisition, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

What You'll Do
Assist in setting up and managing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
Research audiences, competitors, and campaign prospects
Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
Track key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, and conversions
Assist with testing different audiences, creatives, and ad messaging
Work with the content/design team to develop ad creatives
Prepare campaign reports and performance insights
Continuously learn and experiment with different paid marketing strategies

What We're Looking For




Robust interest in paid media and performance marketing
Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts
Comfortable working with numbers and data
Valuable analytical and research skills
Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets
Willingness to experiment, learn, and take ownership

Prior experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads is a plus, but not mandatory.
