Job Role & Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career options
Handle inbound & outbound calls for admission inquiries
Convert leads into admissions through proper counselling
Maintain student database and follow-up regularly
Guide students about course structure, fees, and career opportunities
Support marketing and admission campaigns
Achieve monthly admission targets

Required Skills:
Valuable communication skills (Hindi, English, Odia preferred)
Basic knowledge of sales or counselling
Confident personality and convincing ability




Experience in education/tele-counselling is preferred
Freshers with positive communication can also apply

Qualification:
Graduation (Any stream) preferred
Diploma/experience in sales or counselling is an advantage
