Key Responsibilities

Visit gynecologists.

Introduce and explain Wellera products professionally.

Build strong relationships with doctors and clinic staff.

Generate product recommendations.

Plan daily doctor visits and follow assigned routes.

Follow up with doctors and potential customers.

Conduct product presentations and awareness activities.

Maintain accurate daily call reports and submit updates to management.

Collect market feedback and competitor information.

Coordinate with the Business Development and Operations teams.

Represent the company professionally in the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements

Education: B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc. or relevant healthcare qualification preferred.





Experienced candidates may apply.

Age: 21–35 years.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products.

Ability to communicate confidently with doctors.

Knowledge of the local Pune market is preferred.

Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.

Smartphone required for daily reporting.

Target-oriented, disciplined and willing to perform fieldwork.

Compensation

Annual CTC: ₹3,12,000

Travel allowance as per company policy.

Working Area

Narhe and assigned territories across South Pune.

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
