We are looking for a Production Engineer Fresher to support manufacturing and production operations. The candidate will assist in improving production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, reducing downtime, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the plant.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily production activities and machine performance
Assist in planning and scheduling production processes
Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
Support troubleshooting of production and equipment issues
Maintain production reports and documentation
Follow quality control and safety procedures
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams
Help implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency

Required Skills




Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
Understanding of production planning and quality control
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Valuable communication and teamwork

Qualifications
B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
6 Months to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, assembly plant, or machine assembly industry.

Academic Requirements:

· 12th Grade: 80%

· 10th Grade: 80%

· College CGPA: 7.0

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
