Experienced Front Desk Receptionist – Full Time

Bindra Dental Clinic and Implant Centre | Ludhiana, Punjab

We are looking for an experienced, well-presented and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a full-time, in office basis.

Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries and patient communication professionally.
Greet and assist patients with a warm and courteous approach.
Schedule, confirm and manage patient appointments.
Handle front-desk operations, billing coordination and basic administrative duties.
Maintain patient records and coordinate with doctors and clinical staff.
Handle patient inquiries and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Requirements
BBA / MBA preferred.
Previous experience in reception, front-office or clinic/hospital administration required.




Dental or medical clinic experience will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer knowledge and ability to manage basic office software.
Qualified appearance, positive attitude and strong patient-handling skills.
