Position: Marketing & Branding Manager
Experience: 5 – 7 Years (Real Estate)
Location: Borivali West, Mumbai
Salary: As per the industry standard

Key Responsibilities
Prepare marketing strategies and execute marketing campaigns.
Manage external agencies for social media, branding, website, video production, PR, and creative services.
Prepare marketing calendars and execution plans.
Coordinate with sales, projects, CRM, and management teams.
Manage project launch activities, events, and photoshoots.
Review creative deliverables and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Track marketing budgets, timelines, and campaign progress.
Prepare monthly marketing reports and presentations.
Identify new marketing opportunities and process improvements

Skills & Knowledge Requirements




5–7 years of proven sales success in the real estate industry.
Robust project management and organizational skills.
Ability to make marketing decisions independently.
Experience managing agencies and multiple stakeholders.
Positive understanding of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign execution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, accountable, and capable of leading projects with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
