Job Title: Research Analyst Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, curious, and detail-oriented Research Analyst Intern to support high-impact research, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement across our social impact projects. In this role, you will bridge the gap between rigorous socio-economic analysis and compelling storytelling, translating complex policy and corporate social responsibility (CSR) insights into actionable reports and creative content.

Key Responsibilities
Research & Analysis: Conduct secondary research on CSR frameworks, public policy developments, economic trends, and social impact initiatives to inform project strategies.
Content & Communications: Draft polished research summaries, policy briefs, press releases, client presentations, and engaging social media content.
Stakeholder Mapping: Identify key ecosystem players, build structured databases, and maintain accurate records of external partners, policy leaders, and organizations.
Event & Project Support: Assist with the planning, documentation, minute-taking, and operational logistics for workshops, stakeholder roundtables,



and project rollouts.
Ad-hoc Initiatives: Execute specialized research assignments and team administrative tasks as needed.

Who Can Apply
Educational Background: Current students or recent graduates in Economics, Public Policy, Communications, Journalism, International Relations, Social Sciences, or related fields.
Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and spoken English is required. Professional fluency in Telugu (speaking and comprehension) is mandatory for stakeholder engagement.
Core Skills: Robust qualitative research instincts, explicit document synthesis, and meticulous attention to detail.
Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Experience with Canva or data visualization tools is a robust plus.
