Job Description

We are looking for a Site Engineer + Quantity Surveyor (QS) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in construction. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quantity estimation, measurements, billing, BOQ preparation, and monitoring project progress and costs.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQ, estimates, and material requirements.
Take accurate site measurements and maintain measurement records.




Prepare and verify contractor/subcontractor bills.
Prepare RA bills and final bills.
Monitor quantities, material usage, wastage, and project costs.
Prepare rate analysis and variation statements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Monitor site progress and prepare regular reports.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Ensure proper quality and safety standards are maintained.

Requirements
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Site Engineering.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
