The role

We're looking for a full time Accountant to own our books end to end. You'll handle day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, and financial reporting for a growing D2C business.

Key responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally
Record and reconcile all sales, purchases, expenses and bank transactions
Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and handle GST reconciliation
Manage input tax credit tracking and vendor GST compliance
Handle TDS deductions, quarterly returns and Form 16/16A issuance
Reconcile e-commerce payment gateway settlements (Razorpay, Shopflo) and COD remittances
Process payroll and maintain statutory records
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow statements
Coordinate with our CA for audits and statutory filings
Maintain inventory and cost records

Preferred
Experience with e-commerce or D2C businesses
Familiarity with payment gateway and marketplace reconciliation
