Job Responsibility :

A. Accounts & Financial Reporting
Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP.
Review ledger postings and account reconciliations.
Coordinate statutory and internal audits.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

B. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Ensure timely GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESIC and Income Tax compliance.
Prepare and file statutory returns.
Handle Income Tax and GST assessments.
Maintain ROC and MCA compliance.
Coordinate with auditors and consultants.

C. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
Monitor receivables and payables.
Control working capital.
Review debtor ageing.




Optimize vendor payment schedules.

D. Budgeting, MIS & Financial Analytics
Prepare annual budgets.
Monitor budget variance.
Publish monthly MIS.
Analyze profitability by department.
Develop financial dashboards for management.

E. Revenue Assurance & Contract Management
Monitor project billing.
Ensure milestone-based invoicing.
Track collections.
Monitor AMC/CMC billing.
Support commercial pricing decisions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
