Position: Medical Representative (MR)

Job Responsibilities
Promote and detail company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and key customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned for the territory.
Conduct regular doctor and chemist visits as per the daily call plan.
Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness in the assigned territory.
Prepare and submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) and other sales reports on time.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product performance.
Ensure product availability and coordinate with distributors/stockists when required.
Participate in company meetings, training programs, and promotional activities.
Maintain proper records of doctor visits, prescriptions, orders, and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements




Graduate in any discipline; D.Pharm/B.Sc./B.Com candidates can be preferred depending on company requirements.
Fresher or relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and confident personality.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Ability to build and maintain valuable relationships with doctors and chemists.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
