Job Description

We are hiring Technical & Non-Technical Recruiters to join our HR team in Ahmedabad. We are looking for candidates with valuable communication skills, confidence, and a passion for recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and the hiring team.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.




Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
Work towards assigned hiring targets.

Requirements
0–3 years of recruitment experience.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and positive personality.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
Comfortable working from office in Ahmedabad.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
