Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of solar EPC projects. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and site teams to ensure projects are completed smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day activities related to solar EPC projects.
Coordinate between project engineers, site teams, vendors, and clients.
Track project schedules, milestones, and progress.
Prepare and maintain project-related reports and documentation.
Follow up on material requirements, deliveries, and site activities.
Monitor project timelines and highlight delays or issues to management.
Assist in coordinating site visits, inspections, and project meetings.
Maintain proper records of project documents and communications.




Support the Project Manager/Project Engineer in overall project execution.
Ensure coordination between design, procurement, execution, and commissioning teams.

Eligibility
B.Tech / B.E. – Mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Solar EPC / Project Coordination.
Knowledge of solar PV projects and electrical systems.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Solid follow-up and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills
MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.
Knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
Problem-solving and time-management skills.
Experience in handling solar rooftop projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
