We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager - Plot Sales to lead our sales team and drive sales of residential plots. The Candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer meetings, site visits, team performance and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and manage the Plot sales Team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly plot sales targets.
Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
Handle customer enquiries and explain project details, location, plot sizes, pricing and payment options.
Organize and coordinate site visits for prospective customers.
Follow up with customers from enquiry to booking and closure.
