Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Customer Experience & Retail Associate to join our showroom team.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their shopping experience, understanding their requirements, guiding them across different departments, and ensuring they have a smooth and pleasant visit.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customers' requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
Accompany customers across different sections/departments of the showroom as required.
Help customers explore categories such as:
Ready-to-Wear
Ethnic Wear
Fabrics & Suiting
Shirts and other apparel
Other relevant shopping sections
Coordinate with the respective department staff to ensure customers receive proper assistance.
Maintain a professional, polite, and helpful interaction with customers throughout their visit.
Collect customer feedback and assist customers in completing the Customer Review / Feedback Form.
Record and maintain basic customer-related information when required.
Assist with basic data entry and documentation tasks.




Support the showroom team in maintaining a positive overall customer experience.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
Ability to comfortably interact with different types of customers.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
Positive presence of mind and willingness to learn.
Ability to walk around and assist customers across different showroom sections.
Prior experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales will be an advantage, but freshers can also apply.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility will be to make the customer's showroom experience smooth, comfortable, and personalized — from the moment they enter the showroom until they complete their shopping.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
