We have Opening for Account Executive for Event Management Industry

Min 2yrs - 4yrs Max Experienced in Accounting

Prepare Age wise payment outflow sheet on a weekly basis
Prepare Age wise payment outflow sheet on a weekly basis
Digital and physical filing of all vendors and creditor bills
Vendor Registration & on boarding
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Punch Tally entries and maintain vendor ledgers
Work in sync with operations team & Accounts Team
Record, file and reconcile petty cash transactions along with employee claims
Create POs (Purchase Orders) for vendors and purchasers
Liaising with third party providers, vendors, suppliers and internal team.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure their Invoices are received on time & with correct Billing details.




Reconcile vendor invoices on GST portal
Maintain & Reconcile TDS for Accounts Payable
Maintain MIS of all expenses with GST segregation in excel
Maintain Dash board for Accounts payable at a glance .
Check employee expenses & Claims

Skills -

Advance Excel and MIS

Microsoft Office

Tally Prime

Basic knowledge of GST- GSTR1, GSTR2, GSTR3

Email coordination

Pay: ₹10,796.17 - ₹25,000.00 per month
