The Crew Member is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Rail Rolls outlet by ensuring food preparation, customer service, cleanliness, order accuracy, and adherence to company SOPs and food-safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Food Preparation & Kitchen Operations
Prepare food items according to Rail Rolls recipes, SOPs, and quality standards.
Follow proper portion control and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of food materials.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
Minimize food wastage and report damaged or expired materials to the Outlet Manager.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
