Job Description: F&B; (Food & Beverage) Waiter

An F&B; Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by serving food and beverages to guests in restaurants, hotels, cafés, resorts, or other hospitality establishments. The role ensures guests have a pleasant dining experience while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and explain food and beverage items.
Take accurate food and drink orders.
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
Prepare and present bills; process cash and card payments.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.




Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Handle guest complaints politely and report issues to supervisors when necessary.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the restaurant.
