We are looking for a responsible and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our apartment community. The ideal candidate should have positive communication, coordination, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the apartment community
Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other support staff
Coordinate plumbing, electrical, lift, water supply, generator, and other maintenance works
Handle residents’ complaints and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Monitor cleanliness and overall upkeep of common areas
Maintain facility records, maintenance schedules, and service reports
Ensure safety, security,



and proper functioning of all facilities
Monitor maintenance expenses and support the association/management in daily operations

Requirements:
Previous experience in apartment/community facility management preferred
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Strong team-handling and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
Ability to handle resident concerns professionally
Basic computer knowledge

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
