Job Role : Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate current leads through field visits, networking and market research.
Develop and manage dealer, distributor and channel partner networks.
Build relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, contractors and developers.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations and demonstrations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Identify current residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients and follow up for order closure.
Monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements.
Maintain sales pipeline, customer records and regular sales reports.




Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, installation and after-sales support.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Area Sales, Territory Sales, B2B Sales or Business Development.
Experience in automation, electrical, electronics, smart home, lighting, security, building materials or LED/digital signage preferred.
Robust knowledge of the Patna/Bihar market.
Existing dealer, distributor, builder or contractor network will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
