Service Manager – HVAC
Experience: 5–8 years
Location: Pune
Responsibilities:
Manage HVAC service and maintenance operations.
Handle site/service team and allocate manpower.
Coordinate with clients, project teams, and vendors.
Monitor AMC, breakdown, preventive maintenance, and service schedules.
Ensure timely completion of complaints and service activities.
Prepare service reports, quotations, and MIS.
Monitor service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Manage billing, recovery, and service-related documentation.
Requirements:
Robust HVAC/MEP service knowledge.
Positive team management and client coordination skills.
Experience in AMC and breakdown services preferred.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
