Key Responsibilities
Acquire recent clients and generate business through direct sales, references, calls, and field activities.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Generate leads and convert prospects into active Demat and trading account clients.
Understand clients' requirements and explain relevant stock-broking products and services.
Encourage clients to actively use trading and investment platforms.
Achieve monthly business, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular client communication.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service support.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities.
Ensure professional and compliant communication with clients.
Eligibility
Qualification:
Any Graduate / MBA
Experience: 1+ year in stock broking, financial services, sales, or related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge/interest in the stock market.
Strong sales and client-handling abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
