We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Factory Supervisor to manage our furniture and interior production factory. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, monitoring production, maintaining quality, coordinating materials, and ensuring projects are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day factory production activities.
Manage and allocate work to carpenters and factory workers.
Read and understand cutting lists, drawings, and production details.
Monitor board cutting, edge banding, drilling, lamination/pressing, and furniture assembly.
Ensure production is completed according to approved drawings and measurements.
Maintain quality standards and reduce material wastage.
Check finished products before dispatch to the site.
Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, Site and Accounts teams.
Monitor material availability and inform management about shortages.
Maintain daily production and worker attendance records.
Ensure factory safety, cleanliness and proper tool/machine usage.




Identify production delays and take corrective action.
Train and guide workers when required.
Ensure proper packing, labeling and dispatch of finished furniture.
Report daily production status to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in interior/furniture factory supervision.
Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe and custom furniture production.
Knowledge of plywood, MDF, multiwood, laminates/mica, hardware and other interior materials.
Ability to understand cutting lists and interior drawings.
Knowledge of factory machinery such as panel saw, edge banding machine and multi-boring machine will be an advantage.
Positive manpower management and communication skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Solid problem-solving and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
