Job Description

We are looking for skilled Welders to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for welding and fabrication work while maintaining valuable weld quality, accuracy and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform welding and fabrication work as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
Carry out MIG/MAG, TIG or ARC welding as required.
Prepare, align, fit and weld metal components.
Work with MS, SS and other metal materials.
Check weld quality and identify welding defects.
Perform grinding, cleaning and finishing of welded components.
Operate welding machines and related tools safely.
Follow production schedules and complete assigned work on time.
Maintain welding equipment and tools properly.




Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area.
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Required Skills
Practical knowledge of welding and fabrication.
Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
Knowledge of welding joints and positions.
Ability to use basic measuring tools.
Knowledge of MS/SS materials preferred.
Good attention to weld quality and finishing.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Good safety awareness.

Experience

Skilled and experienced candidates are preferred.

Candidates with experience in fabrication, sheet-metal work, transformer manufacturing or industrial welding will be given preference.

ITI freshers with good practical welding skills may also be considered.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
