Share detailed and accurate information about projects and company offerings.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client details, follow-ups, and progress notes.
Support the sales closure process, ensuring clients receive timely communication and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party agencies (marketing, creative, or legal).
Prepare weekly sales reports and assist the management team with performance insights.
Contribute ideas to improve client experience, marketing communication, and conversion processes.
