Job Summary

ASN Housing is looking for a skilled and motivated Site Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at our project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, project specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labourers, vendors, and other site personnel.
Monitor workforce deployment and ensure effective utilization of manpower and materials.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and other site-related documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Monitor material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
Verify measurements, quantities, and completed work.




Track project progress and support the team in achieving project milestones.
Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2–4 years of experience as a Site Engineer in residential or construction projects.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurement practices.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Experience
Experience in residential construction projects.
Experience in coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.
Knowledge of quality control and construction safety procedures.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
