Position: QA/QC Executive

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 1–5 years

Job Type: Full-time

Job Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat

Requirement: Urgent

Key Responsibilities
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of components and finished products.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
Perform dimensional inspection using vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, gauges, etc.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Handle non-conformances, identify root causes, and support CAPA implementation.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Monitor supplier/component quality and support vendor inspections.
Ensure compliance with applicable quality procedures and standards.
Support internal and external audits.




Maintain calibration records for measuring and testing equipment.
Prepare QC reports, rejection/rework reports, and other quality documentation.
Drive continuous improvement and reduction of rejection/rework.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of mechanical inspection and quality control.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical/engineering drawings.
Knowledge of GD&T;, tolerance, surface finish, and measurement techniques.
Hands-on experience with measuring instruments.
Knowledge of 7 QC tools, CAPA, RCA, 5 Why, and Fishbone analysis will be preferred.
Positive documentation and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of ISO/QMS requirements is desirable.

Education

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Preferred
