Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete recruitment process, coordinating with candidates and managers, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for company requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Collect and verify required employee documents.
Prepare and share offer letters and joining-related documents.
Maintain employee and recruitment records.
Coordinate with managers regarding manpower requirements.
Maintain daily recruitment and joining status reports.
Support onboarding activities for current employees.
Handle employee queries related to recruitment and joining.




Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Perform other HR-related activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements at the same time.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive documentation and record-maintaining skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification & Experience

Education: Any Graduate / MBA HR / MSW HR or equivalent.
Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment or HR. Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiner preferred.
Candidates with logistics, warehouse, e-commerce, or manpower recruitment experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
