Position: Kindergarten Teacher (Nursery/LKG/HKG)About the Role

Lzebra Public School is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and creative Kindergarten Teacher who is passionate about nurturing young minds. The ideal candidate should create a joyful, engaging, and protected learning setting that promotes children's cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct interactive, age-appropriate classroom activities.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning workplace.
Develop children's foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, and creativity.
Organize storytelling, music, dance, art & craft, and play-based learning activities.
Monitor and assess each child's developmental progress.
Maintain classroom discipline with patience and positive reinforcement.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and well-being.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, classroom displays, and teaching aids.




Participate in school events, celebrations, PTMs, and extracurricular activities.
Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being throughout the school day.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT/D.El.Ed./Montessori Training) preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and passion for teaching may also apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
Patience, empathy, and classroom management skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.

Experience
0–3 years of experience in preschool or kindergarten teaching preferred.
