Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for and Non-IT Recuritment.
Source candidate profiles through various job portals
Conduct initial screening and profile evaluation and shortlist suitable candidates based on business requirements.
Coordinate with functional heads and stakeholders for interview scheduling and feedback collection.
Ensure timely closure of position mandates within the defined recruitment TAT.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Ensure proper recruitment documentation and approval workflows are completed for all hires.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Requirements
Skilled fluency in English
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
