We’re looking for a driven and people-focused US Recruiter to help us attract top talent across the United States. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and play a key role in building high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad

Work Hours: 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM IST or 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Depends on Business Requirement)

Experience: 0.5 - 5 years in US Recruitment

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, and Engineering roles across the US market
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other creative channels
Screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate technical and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and stakeholders, and manage feedback loops
Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future roles
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS and tracking tools




Stay updated on US hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience recruiting for the US market
Hands-on hiring experience across IT, Non-IT, and Engineering domains
Solid understanding of US recruitment processes, job boards, and sourcing strategies
Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with staffing/consulting firms or in-house US hiring teams
Familiarity with US employment laws and hiring compliance
Experience hiring for niche or hard-to-fill roles
