We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor with at least 2 years of experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for in office execution, coordination, and ensuring projects are completed on time with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential and commercial interior projects
Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
Monitor site progress and report updates to the management team
Handle site labor and ensure productivity
Check quality of materials and workmanship
Maintain site safety and cleanliness
Track material usage and coordinate with procurement




Ensure timely completion of work within deadlines

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision
Valuable knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution
Ability to read drawings (basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred)
Solid coordination and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel to different project locations
Immediate joiners preferred

Qualification
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
