Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and agile Head of Department (HOD) – MBA to lead the MBA department. The HOD will be responsible for academic planning, faculty leadership, student development, industry engagement, and ensuring compliance with AICTE/UGC and university regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide academic and administrative leadership to the MBA department
Plan, implement, and review curriculum as per AICTE/University norms
Manage and mentor faculty members; allocate workload and evaluate performance
Ensure effective teaching–learning processes and academic discipline
Oversee admissions, examinations, student progress, and placements
Develop industry linkages for internships, live projects, and guest lectures
Promote research, publications, FDPs, seminars, and conferences
Maintain departmental records, reports, and documentation
Support accreditation, inspections, and quality assurance activities
Coordinate with management, IQAC, and other academic departments

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
