We're Paperhue, a new ecommerce brand looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to help us build our presence from the ground up. This is a chance to join early and grow with us as the brand grows. You'll have real ownership over how we show up online, not a narrow set of repetitive tasks.

What you'll do
Manage and run Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram): set up campaigns, monitor spend, adjust targeting, report on results
Handle day-to-day social media: content, respond to comments and messages, keep our accounts active and consistent
Create and update spreadsheets in Excel: ad performance, content schedules, budgets, and other data as required
Look for ways to improve what we're doing: test new ad angles, try different content formats, suggest changes based on what's working and what isn't
Work directly with us to shape the brand's voice and strategy as we grow

Who we're looking for
Experience running Meta ads, even at a small scale
Valuable English proficiency




Comfortable managing social media accounts day to day
Organized: you can build and stick to a content calendar without being told twice
Solid with Excel or Google Sheets
Self-motivated and able to work independently

What we offer
Fully work from home
Working hours: 10 am to 6 pm, 5 days a week. This is your window of availability, not a strict clock-in requirement.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
