Stock Monitoring: Track day-to-day inventory levels using computerized software or databases to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Goods Inspection: Perform quality control checks and physical inspections on all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Cross-Department Coordination: Communicate closely with the purchase team regarding incoming inventory and with logistics regarding outgoing dispatches.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of stock movement, data entries, and audit reports.
