Coordinate day-to-day hub/warehouse operations.
Manage sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, and internal movement activities.
Ensure shipments are processed accurately and within the required timelines.
Coordinate with Ground Coordinators, Team Leaders, delivery teams, and other departments.
Monitor manpower deployment and allocate employees based on operational requirements.
Track attendance, shift schedules, and employee productivity.
Ensure proper handling and movement of shipments within the hub.
Maintain operational reports and update required data in the system.
Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational processes.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
