Supervise and manage day-to-day workshop and service center operations.
Allocate repair and maintenance jobs to technicians and monitor productivity.
Ensure all service work is completed according to Honda and dealership guidelines.
Conduct vehicle inspections before and after servicing.
Coordinate with spare parts, warranty, and billing departments.
Monitor job cards, repair estimates, and service reports for accuracy.
Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and provide service status updates to customers.
Support customer retention through quality service and follow-up activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
