Allocate rooms to students after obtaining approval from the Registrar.
Coordinate with the Olive Manager to ensure proper maintenance of rooms and common areas.
Conduct daily roll calls and maintain attendance registers room-wise, monitoring the in and out register.
Oversee meal services, ensuring all students are served available food during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, both at Olive and in the University
Arrange for medical help (doctor/ambulance) in case of any medical emergency involving students.
Report any non-compliance with regulations to the Registrar.
Maintain daily, weekly, and grievance reports on Google Drive, sharing them regularly with the Registrar.
Report any illegal activities, disputes, disturbances, or damage to rooms/Olive property promptly to the Registrar.Ensure no unauthorized visitors access student rooms at any point.
Serve as the point of contact for both food and bus vendors, ensuring accurate plate counts during meal services and coordinating with bus drivers to ensure they arrive and depart on time.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
