The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement, and maintaining compliance with all applicable HR statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, gratuity, and labor laws. The role includes maintaining employee records, handling attendance and leave management, preparing statutory reports and returns, coordinating audits, supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing employee grievances, issuing HR letters, ensuring policy compliance, and assisting management with HR operations and MIS reporting. Robust knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and HR documentation is essential.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
