We are looking for a highly skilled AI Head to lead the design, development and deployment of AI driven products and solutions. The ideal candidate should be a hands on technical leader with robust coding expertise who can architect AI systems, mentor developers and build scalable AI applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the AI team and define the company's AI roadmap.
Design, develop and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
Write, review and optimize production quality code.
Build AI applications, chatbots, AI agents and automation workflows.
Develop and integrate APIs and AI models into products.
Work closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams.
Ensure code quality, security, scalability and performance.
Mentor developers and establish coding and AI best practices.




Evaluate and implement the latest AI technologies and frameworks.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI or a related field.
Above 3 years of software development experience
Solid hands on coding experience is mandatory.
Expertise in Python and familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript or Java.
Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Machine Learning, NLP, LangChain/LlamaIndex and AI model integration.
Experience building scalable backend services and REST APIs.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
