Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate hiring.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and attendance data.
Support payroll inputs, leave management, and statutory compliance.
Assist in employee engagement, performance management, and HR policies.
Coordinate with employees and department heads on HR-related matters.
Requirements
Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
2–5 years of HR experience with exposure to recruitment and general HR.
Positive communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced setting.
