About the Role

You will be the first meaningful point of contact between a prospective patient and Tanmatra. Your role is to understand the enquiry, build trust and guide the person towards the right next step.

What You Will Do
Respond to enquiries through WhatsApp, phone and social media.
Conduct structured Discovery Calls with prospective patients.
Understand their needs and explain Tanmatra's approach and consultation process.
Build confidence and answer questions within the scope of the role.
Follow up with enquiries and guide appropriate prospects towards booking.
Maintain accurate enquiry and conversion records.
Ensure a smooth handover once the patient decides to proceed.

Excellent English language skills.

This is a challenging and quick-paced role, best suited to someone who enjoys working with people, staying focused and taking ownership of outcomes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
