Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Marketing to lead our marketing and business development activities in Thiruvananthapuram. Candidates with solid experience in education sector marketing, school connections, student data collection, and conducting school-based promotional activities will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solid relationships with schools, educational institutions, and key contacts.
Visit schools directly and coordinate with school management and representatives.
Conduct marketing and promotional activities in schools.
Collect and manage student data for business development and admission-related activities.
Organize and coordinate seminars, awareness programs, and student engagement activities.
Coordinate and conduct examinations, tests, and other student-focused activities in schools.
Build a robust network of school contacts across the assigned location.




Generate leads and support student admission activities through effective marketing strategies.
Plan and execute outdoor marketing and business development activities.
Submit regular reports on school visits, leads, data collection, and marketing activities.
Achieve assigned business development and lead generation targets.

Requirements
Proven experience in Marketing or Business Development, preferably in the Education Sector.
Strong connections with schools and educational institutions will be an added advantage.
Experience in student data collection and school marketing activities is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel and visit schools regularly.
Ability to conduct seminars, examinations, and promotional events professionally.
Smart, confident, and target-oriented personality.

Preference will be given to candidates with strong school connections and previous education sector marketing experience.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
