About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.

Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into successful sales.

Maintain customer records and update the CRM regularly.

Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective buyers.

Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Attend property exhibitions and promotional events when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.





Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi,

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
