Job Title: Sales Head

Location: Palakkad, Kerala
Salary: ₹42,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head from the Education Sector to lead and manage the sales team, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the complete sales team.
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and training.
Develop effective sales strategies to increase admissions and revenue.
Track sales reports, conversion rates, and team productivity.
Handle team performance, follow-ups, and target achievement.
Coordinate with management and other departments for business growth.

Mandatory Requirements




Education Sector Sales Experience is mandatory.
Candidates must have previous experience as a Sales Head, BDM Head, or other senior-level sales leadership position in the Education Sector.
Team handling experience is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of education-sector sales and student/customer conversion.
Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.

Significant: Candidates without Education Sector Sales experience and team-handling experience will NOT be considered.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
