Role: Italian Chef – Café
Experience: 2–5 years in Italian cuisine / café operations
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic Italian dishes including pasta, pizza, risotto, sauces and appetizers.
Handle daily mise en place and food preparation.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
Follow standard recipes and portion control.
Develop recent Italian dishes and contribute to menu planning.
Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety standards.
Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food wastage.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth café operations.
Manage food preparation during busy service hours.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Valuable plating and presentation skills.
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Creative and passionate approach to cooking.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
