Department: Bar
Reports To: Bartender / Bar Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the bartender in preparing and serving beverages and cocktails.
Prepare and arrange bar ingredients, glasses, garnishes, and other supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
Refill and organize bar stock as required.
Support the bartender during busy operational hours.
Ensure proper handling and storage of bar equipment and supplies.
Follow all company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
Provide polite and productive service to guests.
Assist with daily bar opening and closing duties.
Report any stock shortage, breakage, or operational issue to the supervisor.
Required Skills:
