Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing & Videographer to manage the company's digital presence and create qualified visual content for social media, YouTube and other marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage company social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant channels.
Plan and create engaging digital content for company projects, events, employees, leadership and achievements.
Manage the company's YouTube channel, including video uploading, SEO, titles, descriptions, thumbnails and analytics.
Conduct qualified video shoots and corporate photography using DSLR/mirrorless cameras.
Shoot corporate events, interviews, project sites, office activities and promotional videos.
Edit videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.
Create YouTube thumbnails, social media posts, banners and other digital creatives using Canva or similar tools.
Repurpose long-form videos into reels, shorts and social media clips.
Monitor social media and YouTube analytics and suggest improvements.
Maintain an organised library of photographs, videos and creative assets.
Coordinate with different departments for content requirements.
Travel to project sites,



client locations and events for photography/video shoots when required.

Required Skills
2–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Videography and Content Creation.
Hands-on experience with professional camera/video shooting and corporate photography.
Good knowledge of YouTube SEO and YouTube Studio.
Video editing skills using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar software.
Proficiency in Canva; Photoshop knowledge will be an advantage.
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Creative thinking and positive storytelling skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities.
Willingness to travel for shoots when required.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related field.

Portfolio/Showreel is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
