Job Description

We are hiring an Outlet Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth outlet functioning. The ideal candidate should have experience in QSR, restaurant, food and beverage, or retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily outlet and restaurant operations.
Supervise staff and coordinate shift activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Manage staff attendance, schedules, and team performance.
Monitor sales, stock, inventory, and daily operational requirements.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
Prepare daily sales and shift reports.




Coordinate with the Operations Manager / Restaurant Manager.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience as an Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, Shift Manager, or Supervisor.
Experience in QSR, Restaurant, F&B;, Hospitality, or Retail.
Solid team management and communication skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and customer service.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Graduate preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
