Supervise daily weaving operations and ensure smooth production flow.
Achieve shift-wise and monthly production targets.
Monitor loom efficiency, machine performance, and fabric output.
Ensure fabric quality standards are maintained and defects are minimized.
Coordinate with maintenance team for timely machine repairs and preventive maintenance.
Manage and guide weavers, operators, and helpers on the shop floor.
Monitor yarn consumption and control wastage.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
Prepare daily production, efficiency, and downtime reports.
Train and support operators to improve productivity and quality.
Ensure proper shift handover and workforce discipline.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production losses.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
